Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days
  • Other States in Nigeria: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays or weather conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a notification with delivery details. In some cases, tracking information may be provided depending on the shipping method used.


4. Delivery Policy

  • Ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout
  • Someone must be available to receive the package
  • Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges

5. Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Olu’s General Merchandise is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with the courier service to resolve the issue.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Nigeria. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.
